I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Sparsh Hospital, Hennur. It appears that the focus has shifted from patient care to revenue generation. Significant advance payments are collected from patients and their families, but the refund process takes an unreasonably long time, often extending beyond 8 to 10 days. Additionally, the hospital seems to be understaffed, resulting in delays in service and inadequate attention to patients. The shortage of support staff impacts the overall quality of care and patient experience. Healthcare institutions should prioritize patient well-being, timely service, and transparent financial processes. I hope the hospital management takes these concerns seriously and implements corrective measures to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
