Very disappointing experience. I paid for a laser session on July 14, but the session could not be performed because I was told I was tanned. I was asked to come back the following week. I repeatedly tried to contact the clinic through calls and WhatsApp, but received no response. When I went to the clinic again, I found it closed due to a tax-related issue, without any prior communication to me. I eventually had to have the laser session done at another clinic. I requested a refund from this clinic, but as of August 22, I still have not received my refund or even clear confirmation that the refund has been processed. I have followed up multiple times and keep being told that they are checking with management. This is not about waiting a few days for a bank refund — the issue is that I still have no confirmation that the refund was actually initiated. Very poor communication and customer service. I hope management resolves this properly.
